Information We Collect

Account data: If you register, we store your name, email address and a hashed (bcrypt) version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Usage logs: When you use a calculator we record the calculator name, your IP address, and the current timestamp. We do not record the numeric values you enter into any calculator.

Session data: We use a server-side PHP session cookie to keep you logged in. The cookie contains no personal information — it is a random identifier tied to a server-side session.

How We Use Your Data

Account data is used solely to authenticate you and to display your name in the dashboard. Usage logs are used for aggregate analytics (e.g., which calculators are most popular). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We set one session cookie (named ce_session) that expires when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you request deletion. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes then purged.
